Is There an Adjustment Period With a Puffy Mattress?
We recommend giving your body at least 30 nights to adjust to Puffy's superior support and comfort, allowing you to experience the full benefits. If you're still not convinced, return your mattress for a full refund as part of our 365-night sleep trial.
Does the 365-Night Sleep Trial Apply to Bed Frames, Furniture, and Accessories?
The 365-night sleep trial extends to every single product in the Puffy collection. If it's not your ideal comfort match, return your bed frame, furniture, or bedding accessory for a refund. See our return policy terms below for details on refunds and fees.
Puffy Return Policy Terms
- *You must try your Puffy mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before we can process a refund.
- The Puffy mattress return policy is limited to a lifetime maximum of two returns per household.
- Returns must be exercised directly with Puffy no later than the 365th day following delivery.
- Returning free accessories included with mattress purchases is not required.
- Puffy's 365-night sleep trial and return policy apply only to original purchasers of genuine Puffy products purchased directly from the website at puffy.mom.
- Note: This is only applicable to purchases made on or after February 23, 2026. Customers who purchased before this date retain their original trial terms of a 101-night trial and must test the product for at least 14 nights before requesting a refund.
Return process:
- For mattresses, smart bed sets, and bed frames (excluding Midnight Foundation), we can only accept returns of unopened items to our facility. For opened items, Puffy can arrange home pickup for charity donations. You can also choose to organize the donation of these products yourself. Contact support@puffy.mom to start a return.
- For Midnight Foundation and bedding accessories, we can only accept returns of unopened items to our facility. For opened items, you need to organize a donation or home pickup. We can guide you in arranging the donation to a charity of your choice. Contact support@puffy.mom to start a return.
- For Selene Swivel Chair (opened or unopened), simply return the item to us in its original shipping carton via FedEx drop-off or pickup. A $99 restocking fee applies. Contact support@puffy.mom to start a return.
- If you donate items yourself, you will only need a donation receipt to receive a full refund.

Incredible Mattress! Incredible Product!
We bought the Puffy mattress on the recommendation from a family member. I called Puffy to make sure I could return if not happy. Puffy confirmed it could be returned without any issue and without hassle--they would send someone to box it up and ship it back...so I thought what did I have to lose and I will give it a try. Well, it was more about what we gained-the best night sleep ever! Puffy has far exceeded anything we could have imagined! The Puffy mattress is fabulous! Go for it! You will love it! Best sleep ever. We love this mattress. No more tossing and turning to find the best position. Delivery was fast and the vacuum packaging that the mattresses, pillows, and mattress pads came in was outstanding! Get Yourself a Puffy!
After hours of online and in store shopping, and reading all the positive reviews on the Puffy Cloud Mattress, I finally just decided to "take a risk" on a no risk return policy offered by Puffy! It was within my budget, and within about ten days it was delivered. Upon opening, it "Puffed up" on my queen sized frame in about two-three hours. I had already planned to sleep on the couch, thinking it would have that 'toxic odor' to dissipate, but no such problem! Slept pretty well on it, but for the next few nights I had some doubts about my comfort. I read again about giving it about a week or two for my body to adjust...and sure enough, I realized my trial period was worth the effort! It's now mine and you can't have it back! It came with two Puffy Pillows, which as a side sleeper, conformed nicely tucked under my neck.
